Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from Unfiltered and what we expect from you.

Last updated 12 July 2026

1. Who we are

Unfiltered is operated by [TERRY TO SUPPLY: registered company name, number, and address]. In these Terms, "Unfiltered", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator. Contact details are on the Contact & Support page.

2. Eligibility

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has accessed it.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to use Unfiltered to:

Full guidance is in our Community Guidelines.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, voice recordings, messages, answers). You grant Unfiltered a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content solely to run and improve the service, and to keep the service safe. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep records for legal reasons (see Privacy Policy).

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are provided under our Subscription Terms, which cover trials, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds.

7. AI features

Unfiltered uses AI to help you write messages, practise conversations, and generate insights. Suggestions and outputs are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate. You are always responsible for what you actually send. Practice Mode is a private tool for you — the people you match with cannot see your practice sessions.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has broken these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law, or if keeping it open would put other members at risk.

9. Our liability

Unfiltered helps you meet new people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks on members, and we cannot guarantee anyone's identity, character or intentions. Meet safely — see the Safety Centre. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unfiltered is not liable for the behaviour of other members or for any loss you suffer as a result of choosing to meet or communicate with them.

[TERRY TO SUPPLY: jurisdiction-specific limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer and indemnity wording.]

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know inside the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [TERRY TO SUPPLY: governing law and forum].

This document is maintained by the Unfiltered team. Specific legal wording, company details, and jurisdiction-specific rights are to be finalised by the operator ([TERRY TO SUPPLY]). Nothing on this page is legal advice.
