What you get
Unfiltered Premium unlocks matches, messaging, voice introductions, photo reveals and AI features. Some features may change over time — we'll always tell you before removing anything material.
Free trial
- New members get a 7-day free trial when they start a subscription.
- You don't need to add a payment method to start the trial today.
- When the trial ends, you'll be asked to subscribe to keep using Premium features.
Price and billing
- Premium is £12.99 / month, billed monthly through our payment partner (Stripe on the web).
- Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Local taxes may vary.
- On mobile app stores (Apple / Google), the price you see in-app is the price you pay to that store, and their terms govern that transaction. [TERRY TO SUPPLY: store-specific pricing.]
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. We send a reminder before your trial ends and, where required by your app store, before each renewal. You can turn off renewal at any time in Settings.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription. On the web that opens the Stripe billing portal; on mobile that opens Apple/Google subscription management. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, EU/UK consumer law), that right applies. Otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except at our discretion. Changes to price or features
If we change the price or materially reduce what's included, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
