Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated 12 July 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is [TERRY TO SUPPLY: registered company name, address and data-protection contact].

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data.

5. AI processing

When you use AI features (message coaching, practice mode, personality insights), relevant parts of your profile or the conversation are sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We do not use your private messages to train models. Providers may temporarily process the content solely to return a result. [TERRY TO SUPPLY: list of AI providers and their retention terms.]

6. Photos and voice

Photos and voice introductions are stored privately. Other members can only see your photos once you both agree to reveal them in a conversation. Voice introductions are only shared with members you match with.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, profile content is removed promptly and other records are removed within a reasonable period, unless we're required to keep them (for example, a payment record for tax law, or a moderation record for safety).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these from Settings or by contacting us on the Contact & Support page. [TERRY TO SUPPLY: GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / other regional specifics as required.]

9. Children

Unfiltered is only for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we'll let you know inside the app or by email before the change takes effect.
